At our school we believe learning is only part of the development and therefore we are committed to the achievements of the whole child.

Our ‘National Nurture Mark’
In March 2020, we were presented with the ‘National School’s Nurturing Mark,’ which recognises the work our school does in regards to enabling children to reach their potential by allowing them to work in a supporting and nurturing environment. The nurturing approach that we use allows children to engage with missing early nurturing experiences, giving them the social and emotional skills to do well at school and with peers, develop their resilience and their capacity to deal more confidently with the trials and tribulations of life, for life. The concept of nurture is embedded within everything we do at Whittlefield from the staff, to the parents, pupils, governors and our local community.
The Whittlefield Family
We are the Whittlefield family and we are committed to making an everlasting difference to everyone we meet by believing that anything is possible and the sky is the limit.
